I first started Triathlons in 1985, and was hooked ! Three children and 30 years later, I was finally able to get back into the sport I love ! As a collegiate runner , I am super disappointed to have a crumbling spine and can't run any more, but , BEHOLD ! AQUA BIKE !! So, Full throttle ! In 2017 , I purchased a bike and wetsuit from this century, and was delighted to stumble on TriDot as a plan. I have never had an actual strategic plan before and THIS WORKS!!
