Philosophy
The foundation of every successful training program is the athlete. The best coach is an experienced guide who begins with the hopes, dreams, and desires of the athlete in mind and then tailors a training plan based on the athlete’s current fitness, race schedule and lifestyle. My goal is to educate, motivate, and prepare you to accomplish your goals. We will accomplish this together by focusing on quality rather than quantity, developing passion rather than expectation, and building knowledge rather than ignorance.
